Selected work

The strategy matters. What happens next matters more.

Transformation is not finished when the strategy is approved or the system goes live. These projects show what happens when process, data, technology, ownership and adoption are designed as one piece of work.

Case studies

The YPP proof.

Three case studies showing what changes when strategy, systems, process and adoption are designed as one piece of work.

01 · Salesforce · Marketing automation · Multi-brand design

Knovia

One lead-to-revenue model. Four brands. No forced sameness.

The situation

Knovia needed a shared way to manage leads across four education and training businesses. Each brand had different audiences, routing needs and ways of working, while Dotdigital and Salesforce were not producing one reliable view of marketing and sales performance.

What I led

I designed the common lead model, status journey, ownership rules, brand-aware routing and automation, then worked through the integration detail that determined how real enquiries moved from forms and campaigns into Salesforce.

What changed

Marketing and sales now have a shared reporting layer, clearer lead provenance and a model that can support group-wide decisions without erasing the operating differences between the brands.

02 · Salesforce · Operating model · Adoption

Keystream

CRM adoption was 20%. The problem was not just the CRM.

The situation

Keystream's commercial activity was spread across disconnected tools and inconsistent processes. Low CRM adoption was the visible symptom, but the deeper problem was that marketing, sales and delivery did not share one operating model.

What I led

I redesigned the commercial process and delivered an integrated Salesforce environment, connecting marketing automation, telephony and onboarding while making responsibilities, information and handoffs explicit.

What changed

The platform became part of how the business worked rather than another system to update. The programme combined implementation with enablement, adoption and ongoing ownership.

03 · Revenue operations · CRM strategy · Architecture

Sumsub

Three CRMs, more than 15 tools and no single customer journey.

The situation

Rapid global growth had created a fragmented commercial estate across sales, marketing, finance and customer success. Decisions about the future platform could not be made responsibly without first understanding the full lead-to-cash journey.

What I led

I conducted the end-to-end business analysis, mapped the customer journey and system landscape, assessed data and integration readiness, and defined a Salesforce-first target architecture spanning Sales, Revenue and Service Cloud.

What changed

The business moved from a tool-by-tool discussion to a decision-ready CRM strategy, with clear dependencies, a HubSpot integration approach and a phased implementation roadmap grounded in the work that actually needed to happen.
