Self-paced courses can explain terminology. They are much less effective at creating the shared understanding organisations need to make decisions together.

Executive AI education FAQs

Useful answers before we speak.

Who are the programmes designed for?

They are designed for executive teams, senior leaders, directors and functional heads who need to make, sponsor, evaluate or govern decisions about AI. No technical background is required.

Are these technical AI courses?

No. The technology is explained clearly enough for participants to understand how it works and what it depends on, but the focus is on business decisions, use cases, implementation, risk, governance and accountability. The objective is not to teach leaders to code or configure AI platforms.

Are the programmes delivered in person?

Yes. YPP AI programmes are deliberately designed as in-person experiences because much of the learning comes from collective discussion, challenge and application to the organisation’s own context.

Do we need to start with Level 1?

No. The three Bootcamps represent different levels of AI capability, not a compulsory sequence. An organisation with strong AI understanding may begin with Use Case Design, while a team with a mature use case may go directly to AI Implementation.

Can the programme be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. Examples, exercises and practical work can be shaped around your organisation, business model, operating environment and live AI questions. Level 2 and Level 3 are designed around real organisational challenges and use cases.

Does the training cover ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

They can be discussed where relevant, but the programmes are vendor-neutral. The focus is on capabilities, limitations and business implications rather than a comparison of product features.

What is the difference between Build an Agent Brief and the AI Bootcamps?

Build an Agent Brief is a focused half-day workshop centred on agentic AI and the decisions required to define an agent use case. The AI Bootcamps cover the broader progression from AI understanding, to use-case design, to implementation.
