YPP Consulting was founded by Khyati Pal, a business transformation partner with two decades of experience, fifteen of them leading and managing operations across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Compliance, Recruitment, and Payroll.
Before founding YPP, Khyati spent her career inside operations rather than describing them from the outside – running the functions, fixing the systems, and owning the outcomes. That operator’s perspective shapes how the firm works: rooted in what actually happens day-to-day, not what’s documented in a target operating model deck.
Khyati is a qualified Salesforce Consultant, certified in Agentforce Design, and has built and configured AI agents across Salesforce, GPT, Claude, and AWS. She has designed end-to-end operational systems across media, recruitment, SaaS, education, e-commerce, and apprenticeship businesses, and currently leads the firm’s foundations-first AI practice.
